1. Booking & Service Confirmation

• Bookings are accepted based on availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required details from the customer.

• The company reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

• Package prices include only the services mentioned in the itinerary.

• Entry tickets, personal expenses, food or additional activities are not included unless specified.

• Prices may vary based on season, fuel charges, or government regulations.

3. Trip Schedule & Itinerary

​

• The itinerary provided is a planned schedule; however, timing and destinations may change due to weather, road conditions or safety concerns.

• Missed destinations due to customer delays cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Payments & Cancellations

​

• Advance payment (if applicable) is non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip will not be eligible for a refund.

• No refund will be provided for no-show or last-minute cancellations.

5. Safety & Conduct

​

• Customers must follow safety instructions shared by the driver/guide.

• Any behaviour that causes inconvenience, risk, or property damage may lead to trip cancellation without refund.

• Alcohol consumption and smoking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

6. Vehicle & Property Damage

​

• Damage caused to the vehicle or property due to customer actions will be chargeable.

​

7. Health & Responsibility

​

• Customers participating in adventure or off-road rides must ensure they are physically fit.

• The company is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.

8. Wildlife & Environmental Protection

​

• Littering, disturbing wildlife, or harming nature is strictly prohibited.

• Customers must follow the rules of protected forest and tourism zones.

9. Photography & Drone Usage

​

• Photography may be restricted in certain locations.

• Drone usage is permitted only where legally allowed; customers are responsible for following government guidelines.

10. Liability

​

• While every effort is made to ensure safety, the company is not liable for delays, injuries, accidents, or situations beyond control caused by weather, traffic, landslides or natural events.
